Provide an embeddable, white labeled onboarding solution

Many of our customers wanted onboarding that felt like part of their own ecosystem, not a third-party product. The objective: create a flexible onboarding tool that could be embedded directly into existing HR workflows and fully white labeled to match each company's brand.

Through discovery workshops with HR admins, we found a recurring theme: onboarding often forced employees into disjointed portals with inconsistent branding. HR leaders wanted a seamless, professional experience that built trust and gave new hires a clear, branded first impression.

Research

Benchmarked white label and embeddable design patterns

I explored competitive solutions in HR and SaaS that offered embeddable modules, focusing on authentication, theming, and brand control. We also consulted developers about integration requirements, ensuring the solution would be technically feasible and customizable without heavy engineering lift.

We recognized a critical need to enhance the user experience for workers using the Everee Mobile App. To achieve this, I created user stories and wireframes so I could quickly test and iterate on the workflow. This pivotal step included users and subject-matter experts that ensured that our mobile onboarding customers can seamlessly integrate the Everee onboarding flow into their own applications and consistent user experience from start to finish.

Design

Flexible theming, modular components, and smooth integration

I designed a modular onboarding flow that could be embedded into a company's own site or application with minimal code. Key features included custom branding (logos, colors, typography), configurable modules (document signing, training, compliance), and responsive layouts for a consistent experience across devices. Clear developer documentation supported easy adoption by customer teams.
