Tony is one of the strongest product designers I've worked with. He has a real talent for uncovering what users actually need, not just what they initially say they want. He goes well beyond the surface problem, using thoughtful research and rapid prototyping to get to the underlying motivations and validate ideas thoroughly. I've always been impressed by how carefully he thinks through both primary flows and edge cases. He's also an excellent collaborator. Tony brings people into the process, welcomes feedback early, and has the ability to quickly absorb input and turn it into better work. He makes teams better by creating a highly collaborative environment without adding ego or drama. What stands out even more is his versatility. I've worked with Tony across B2B and B2C products in edtech, fintech, and healthtech, and he adapts smoothly to very different users, contexts, and business needs. He can move effortlessly between hands-on design work and coaching other designers, which makes him especially valuable on growing teams. I worked closely with Tony at Float Health, where I was a Sr. Product Manager and he served as Head of Design. We partnered across a wide range of cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple apps and distinct user groups within Float's home infusion marketplace. What sets Tony apart is his ability to translate complex, multi-system requirements into clear, high-fidelity user flows with remarkable speed. It was common for him to turn loosely defined requirements into something concrete within hours, not days—allowing us to move quickly on high-impact features without sacrificing clarity or quality. One of the most impactful areas we collaborated on was building a fully automated, end-to-end system for matching nurses to patients based on skillset, availability and patient preferences. This required designing across multiple interconnected applications and workflows. Tony played a critical role in shaping how the system functioned end-to-end—simplifying complexity and ensuring the experience worked in practice, not just in theory. Beyond his design skill, Tony brings strong product thinking and a pragmatic approach to tradeoffs. I have followed Tony to two jobs now and have never been disappointed. Tony is a compassionate leader who values the people that he works with. Tony's incredible portfolio could probably speak for itself, but I'd be remiss if I didn't take this opportunity to praise and recommend Tony as a designer, teammate, and friend. He is a fantastic human being and wonderful designer. We worked together for 18 months on the same team. It was my first role as a product manager and Tony was patient, encouraging, and kind. He seamlessly navigated technical constraints, collaborating with developers to find excellent alternatives. Tony would often design "live" with us while we discussed possible solutions and it always amazed me how he could come up with so many creative solutions. Tony is an invaluable teammate. He can power through seemingly any task and provides stunning results. If there is one thing that you should know about Tony, is that he is someone that he can always be relied on. No matter what the size or scope of the project or task, you can always trust that Tony will take are of it. Tony's attention to detail, and care for what he is creating always shines, and his collaborative and thoughtful way of working creates psychological safety for his team to do their best work. A few years ago Tony started working with a development team based in the Ukraine. Tony has always gone the extra mile to connect with the team, building relationships so that together they could create a crucial part of our company's infrastructure. The success of that project would not have happened without his ownership and care for the team, and the work.

Tony took the lead on the redesign of the experticity product sites and did a great job of pushing the platform in the right visual direction. His focus and attention to detail helped create a great UI that is reflective of his experiance and work ethic. He was great to work with, organized, a good communicator and easy to talk to. He was a great asset to the creative services team at experticity.

Tony Naccarato is the consummate professional. He helped me as a startup, years ago, and has helped me to promote several businesses online, including PR, publishing, my trucking companies and now with my international speaking, retreats and workshops. Tony is that perfect combination of interaction/creative designer that has a strong sense of both form and function. Tony is unlike most graphic artists and website developers you will work with. And that's a good thing. He meets or beat every deadline I ever gave him; he always asked the right questions; he was always welcome to feedback (never condescending or haughty); and the designs he produced were both cohesive and achieved the end goal. Tony's design style is clean, crisp, direct. He never overdoes it. There are many designers out there, but few as talented and good to work with as Tony.

Tony has an excellent eye for design,and the business application thereof. He works extremely hard to get projects done in a timely manner. He truly is a lifesaver for those that tend to ask for sharply designed projects at the last minute (such as myself).

I have been so impressed with Tony since Day 1 of our working relationship. He is intelligent, hard-working, amiable, dependable, and creatively talented. He can take a hand-sketched, rough wireframe for a web page, with chicken scratch notes, and turn it into a beautiful, full-color mock within hours. He can take a few lines of marketing copy and turn it into a gorgeous printable design. Of course, Tony's skills and talents go far beyond these examples.
